CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Elevn, we value our customers and strive to offer a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may cancel your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following cancellation terms.
Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, your order may already be in the processing or shipping stage, and cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
We strongly recommend submitting your cancellation request as soon as possible to avoid delays.
Cancellation After Order is Shipped
Once your order has reached the “Shipped” status, it cannot be cancelled. At this stage, the package is already handed over to the courier partner, and we are unable to intercept or modify the shipment.
If you do not wish to receive the package, you may choose to refuse delivery upon arrival. In such cases, applicable shipping charges and handling fees may be deducted from your refund amount.
How to Request a Cancellation
Customers can request a cancellation by visiting our [Cancel Order Page] on our website.
Fill in the required details accurately (Order Number, Email, Contact Number, and Reason for Cancellation).
Once the cancellation request is received, our team will review and confirm if it falls within the allowed cancellation window.
You will receive a confirmation via email/SMS after successful cancellation.
Note: Cancellations are not accepted through social media DMs or any unofficial communication channels.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled within the allowed window, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.).
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
For Prepaid Orders cancelled at the time of delivery attempt (i.e., if the customer refuses to accept the package), shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are refused upon delivery will not be refunded as no payment was collected in advance.
International Orders
This cancellation policy applies to both domestic and international orders. However, for international shipments, customers are responsible for any non-refundable shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes already incurred at the time of cancellation or refusal of delivery.
Order Modifications
Customers can request modifications through our Exchange process after delivery. Size, color, or product changes are allowed if the item is unused and in original condition, subject to availability. For address or contact changes before shipping, contact our support team promptly for assistance.
Important Points to Note
The Elevn reserves the right to accept or deny cancellation requests at its sole discretion.
Repeated order cancellations, refusal of COD parcels, or misuse of the policy may lead to account suspension or restrictions on future orders.
In rare cases where your cancellation request is made after 12 hours but before shipping, our support team will review the situation and may, at our discretion, accommodate the request.
