Exchange Policy

At The Elevn, we want you to love what you wear. If the size or color isn’t right, you can easily request an exchange under the terms below:


Exchange Time Frame

Customers can initiate an exchange request within 3 days of delivery. After this period, exchange requests will not be accepted.


Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are applicable only for size and color variations. If you received a wrong or defective product, please initiate a return request instead of an exchange.


Exchange Condition

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags and seals intact

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.


Type of Exchange

Only size and color exchanges are allowed. No modifications other than size or color changes will be entertained. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, customers must follow the Return Policy instead of the exchange process.


Applicable Region

This Exchange Policy is valid for orders within India only. Currently, international orders are not eligible for exchanges.


Non-Exchangeable Items

Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange. Additionally, certain categories like accessories or hygiene-sensitive products may not be exchangeable.


How to Initiate an Exchange

  • Fill in your order details accurately (Order Number, Email, Contact, Reason for Exchange, Desired Size/Color).

  • Our team will review your request and confirm availability of the requested size or color.

  • Once approved, instructions for exchange shipping will be shared with you.


Important Notes

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

  • If the requested size or color is not available, customers will be advised to place a return request instead.

  • Repeated misuse of the exchange policy may result in account restrictions.
