RETURN POLICY

At The Elevn, we aim to deliver products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can place a return request under the following conditions:


Return Time Frame

Customers can initiate a return request within 3 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after 3 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Return Eligibility

Only products with intact seal tags are eligible for return. Items with broken, missing, or tampered tags/seals will not be accepted for return.


Return Condition

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags and seals intact

  • Free from stains, damage, or alterations

Returns not meeting these conditions will be rejected.


Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, at a flat rate of ₹99 per return request (not per product). This amount will be deducted from the refund total.


Refund Method

Once the returned product passes the quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Exchange or Refund Option

At the time of return, customers can choose between a refund or an exchange, as per their preference. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request. If the requested item is unavailable, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method.


Important Points

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional periods may not be eligible for return.

  • We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.

  • Returns initiated with incorrect product details or repeated misuse of the return policy may lead to account restrictions.

  • Our team will review your request and share the return shipping details.

  • Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed as per your chosen option.
