REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At ELEVN, your satisfaction is our priority. Items purchased from ELEVN are eligible for return or exchange if returned within 3 days of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for the same product only (e.g., size change), subject to stock availability.
If the desired size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund as per our policy.
Exchanges can only be requested once per order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
If the original refund fails due to any reason (e.g., closed account), the amount will be refunded to your bank account after you provide valid account details.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Charges
A return shipping fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your refund amount.
This fee is applicable for all returns, unless the product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged / Wrong Products

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
